Services
Controlflo provides custom workflow automation and business systems services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Work begins upon receipt of any required deposit. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all custom work product delivered. Any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks we use remain the property of Controlflo or their respective owners.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required to perform the agreed services.
Limitation of Liability
Controlflo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project at issue.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
